Thermo film – this is a polyethylene film capable of shrinking under the influence of high temperature, it is widely used for parcel and group packaging, which replaces cardboard or plastic containers during transportation.
Since it fits the product tightly, the packaging becomes more compact, and this in turn reduces the cost of transportation. Due to the fact that the film protects the goods during transportation, they are less damaged.
The main groups of products in the packaging of which shrink film is widely used:
- Bottled water, juices, soft drinks, wine and vodka products, etc.
- Food products (mainly secondary packaging of already packaged goods, without the film coming into contact with the goods);
- Magazines, books, albums and other printed materials;
- Goods of different purposes intended for sale in one set;
- Long-length products;
- Building materials;
Shrink film – at our enterprise it is made in the form of a sleeve, a half sleeve and a cloth according to the required parameters of the Customer in the range:
Sleeve:
— thickness from 20 microns to 120 microns
— width from 350x2 mm to 2,100x2 mm
Half-sleeve:
— thickness from 20 microns to 120 microns
— width from 200x2 mm to 2,100x2 mm
The canvas:
— thickness from 20 microns to 120 microns
— width from 200 mm to 2,100 mm
The inner diameter of the sleeve is 76 mm.
